Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go: Family Feast Meal Packages and Appetizers and Sides & Pies a La Carte

Experience the convenience of our chef-prepared Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go family meal packages or our a la carte heat n’ serve appetizers and traditional Thanksgiving sides and pies, as an add-on or separately, available for pick up from all three Hollinger Group restaurants. No need to stress over the kitchen this year – we’ve got you covered.

Locally-raised, farm-fresh Lancaster County turkeys will be available as cooked and ready to eat OR brined and uncooked. Cooking/Reheating instructions will be provided. 

Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go menu items must be pre-ordered by 11/22 at noon for pick-up at select times on 11/27 (between 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM) or 11/28 (between 10 AM and noon).

All our farm-fresh brined turkeys are sourced from Weaver’s Turkey Farm, a family-owned business that began in 1960 and is nestled in the heart of Lancaster County. Raised free of any growth hormones on the Weaver’s farm, these turkeys enjoy an all-vegetarian diet consisting of a blend of corn and soy feed.

Thanksgiving Family Feasts: The Thanksgiving Meal for Four, Eight, or Sixteen includes locally raised farm-fresh Turkey (size will vary based on package size; cooked or brined), Turkey Giblet Gravy, Classic Sage and Mushroom Stuffing, Yukon Gold Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Local Fall Vegetable Medley, Green Beans with Shallots and Leeks, Cranberry, Orange and Dried Cherry Relish, and Hollinger Pumpkin, Sweet Potato with candied pecan topping, or Apple Pie.

Thanksgiving Turkey, Appetizers, Sides & Pies A La Carte menu offerings include Turkey Giblet Gravy (one pint and one quart), Classic Sage & Mushroom Stuffing (portioned for two), Garlic Mashed Potatoes (portioned for two), Roasted Local Fall Vegetable Medley (portioned for two), Green Beans w Leeks & Shallots (portioned for two), Sweet Potato Casserole with pecan crumble topping (portioned for four or eight), Cranberry, Orange and Dried Cherry Relish (one pint), Mac & Cheese for Four, Parker House Rolls (12-count), Caesar Salad for Four, Butternut Squash Soup (one quart), 9″ Hollinger Pie (Apple Pie; Pumpkin Pie; Sweet Potato Pie with candied pecan topping; Key Lime Pie); 9″ Chocolate Bourbon Tart; 2 lbs. of Sliced Roasted Turkey; Roasted Whole Turkey (for 8 or 16); Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail; Mini Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes; and Cheese and Charcuterie Plates.
